CPqD offers customized business intelligence solutions to its customers. Such solutions are based on multidimensional analyses of tendencies, predictive and statistic models. Among other processes, they subsidize customer conquest and retention programs. These solutions comprise process reorganization, business optimization and formalization for customer care, system workflow and integration, and the development of customized systems for companies which are in search of differential elements for their IT solutions and strategic projects.

CPqD relies on the qualifications of its Business Intelligence Excellence Center (Centro de Excelência em Business Intelligence - CEBI) to perform all those tasks. The following include some of CPqD's main business intelligence products and services:
