Human Resources Development processes are commended by ISO and Inmetro auditors

The performance of the Human Resources Development Management was greatly commended by Lloyd's and Inmetro auditors who evaluated the processes developed and structured to promote the development of competence for several areas, as well as to support recruitment and selection processes, among them: Career and strategic payment system ? SCRE, Methodology to Identify Qualification and Development Needs, Planning for Capability Actions for 2003, Career Development System, Training Program and Résumé Database that has more than 20 thousand professionals registered.
Its performance follows three development vectors: Managerial and Behavioral for corporate actions and Technical for specific actions.
According to Gino Rossi, from Human Resources Development Management, ?all these tools are based on advanced concepts of personnel management, favoring competency management models?. He also emphasizes the team commitment and effort in the permanent quest for new knowledge and applications in personnel management.
