This workshop aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from industry, operators, research centers and academia to present and discuss innovations and latest developments, as well as current scientific work, in optical technologies from devices to systems for present and future telecommunication networks, looking at the coherent generation and beyond.

Speakers will present their vision for the future optical network, discussing ongoing activities and trends for the years to come.

Topics of interest: 100G and beyond, advanced optical fibers, microelectronics, integrated photonics, coherent detection, optical amplification, OTN and WDM networking.

The event will be hosted in Campinas City.
