Pay Equality Report
Explanatory Notes:
(1) - In compliance with Law No. 14.611 of July 04, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3.714, Decree No. 11.795/2023, as well as CPQD's commitments and premises for promoting good equality and inclusion practices, we publish the equality report salary of the organization.
(2) - The report data is anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD 13.709/2018. The information as well as the Report were respectively grouped and prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment in accordance with the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations).
(3) - Contractual Salary: value that the professional tem agreed with the organization, in an employment contract, for the purposes of composing the remuneration base.
(4) - Average Remuneration: sum of all earnings amounts that make up the employee's total receipts, excluding taxes and charges.
(5) - Our organization remains attentive and monitors all changes, updates and news on the subject, as well as studying any need to review the information provided as a basis for preparing the report.
