CPQD is on LinkedIn's list of companies with the best opportunities for professional growth

Organization was ranked 10th on the LinkedIn Top Companies list in Brazil with less than 5.000 employees in 2024

CPQD is on the list LinkedIn Top Companies in Brazil 2024 with less than 5.000 employees, published Tuesday, 16/04, on LinkedIn Notícias. The organization was ranked 10th on this list, which brings together the 15 companies that offer the best opportunities for professional growth in Brazil, in various sectors.

Created to serve as a reference at all stages of professionals' careers, the LinkedIn Top Companies lists are published annually in several countries – 23 in this year's edition – and, in general, include multinationals and large corporations. In 2024, aiming to meet the desire of job-seeking professionals who would like to have information about opportunities in smaller companies, the LinkedIn News team created a new category for the 2024 Top Companies list, in specific countries: Companies with less than 5.000 employees.

Brazil is one of the seven countries withtemplans with this new feature introduced in 2024. And CPQD is in 10th position in this ranking, composed mainly of companies in the financial sector – among them, C6 Bank, B3, Banco da Amazônia and Icatu Seguros -, sanitation and environmental services, in consultoria and IT services, in addition to industries. It is the only science, technology and innovation (ICT) institution on the list and also the only representative from the Campinas region – which is home to one of the most important technological hubs in the country.

Mário Felício Neto, manager of Strategic HR Administration, highlights that more than 90% of CPQD's workforce is made up of qualified professionals, with higher education, specialists, masters and doctors. He also highlights the low turnover recorded in the organization, which tem been two to three times lower than the percentage found in technology companies.

at the same tempo, he reveals that, in 2024, the CPQD tem maintained the hiring average and is always looking for new talents, through its internship program. Alignment of purpose, internally generated opportunities for professional development, humanized relationships, benefits, quality of life - which can be qualified as a pleasant work environment -, collaborative teams, flexible hours and respect for the person, if reflectstem in another positive indicator: 60% of employees have been with the company for more than five years, some of them having worked for the organization for more than 35 years.

Ranking on the Top Companies list is determined by a refined methodology that uses exclusive data from LinkedIn to analyze the career plans of professionals around the world. The methodology takes into account eight characteristics that reveal how career progress will be within the company: Professional advancement, Skills development, Stability in the company, External opportunities, Affinity with the company, Academic training, Gender diversity and Presence of employees in the country .
