In 2013, the Federal Government published Law No. 12.846, known as the Anti-Corruption Law, regulated in 2015. Despite the fact that CPQD has always guided its conduct and encouraged its employees, suppliers and partners to also be guided by a ethical conduct, focused on strict compliance with the laws and, mainly, on the permanent desire for the full and sustainable development of Brazilian society, from the publication of the Anti-Corruption Law, it is recommended that the organization present a set of formal practices. In this sense, this Integrity Program Manual seeks to orchestrate the different instruments and practices that already exist in the CPQD, making them comply with the requirements set forth in the law and its regulations.
