The Certification request can be made in the following ways:

The conformity assessment process consists of several steps. Each stage will obey a sequence of procedures, according to the Certification Model(s) adopted.

 

 

After issuing the Certificate of Technical Compliance, ANATEL will evaluate the information forwarded by the OCD and issue the Certificate of approval, if no restriction is found. With the Homologation Certificate in hand, the Applicant (Applicant) will be able to commercialize his product in the Brazilian market.

The fees charged for providing the Certification service are linked to the following activities:

 

Initial Certification

 

• Analysis of the documentation sent by the client;
• Audit (when applied to the desired scope);
• Analysis of the certification process;
• Issuance of the Certificate of Technical Compliance (CCT).

 

Certification Supervision or Maintenance

 

• Analysis of the documentation sent by the client;
• Audit (when applied to the desired scope);
• Analysis of the certification process;
• Issuance of certification maintenance declaration;
• Reissue of Technical Compliance Certificate (when applicable).

They are rights of the Applicant (Applicant) of the Certification

 

1. The right to use the product of telecomunications by the holder himself, in the event of ratification of the Declaration of Conformity.
2. The right to use and/or market the product of telecomunions throughout the country, in the case of homologation of the Certificate of Conformity, in its modalities; and Declaration of Conformity with Test Report, as provided in the respective Technical Requirement of the product for telecomunications.

 

These are duties of the certified product company

 

1. Comply with all the conditions contained in the applicable regulations issued by Anatel, as well as those contained in the normative documents applicable to the products.
2. In the assessment audits, provide the assessors with all the necessary means to carry out the assessments defined in the regulations adopted by Anatel.
3. Refrain from placing the Anatel identification seal on batches of products that do not meet the requirements of Anatel regulations or applicable normative documents.
4. Submit to the OCD, prior to the sale of the product in Brazil, any and all technical modifications that it intends to introduce in the product or in the manufacturing process, for which a license to use the certificate or conformity mark has been granted.

The approved products must contain the approval identification, as established Operational Procedure for Marking the Anatel Approval Identification on Products for Telecomunications.

The OCD CPQD handles Complaints and Appeals in accordance with the Customer Experience Management Process and Appeals Process that establish the systemtempractice for handling both that are made to CPQD by customers and other interested parties.

 

In addition, CPQD has the Integrity Program, which provides a reporting channel.

 

the suntemthe Certification Management undertakes to comply with and be subject to the penalties provided for by law, specifically Law No. 8078/1990. For customer contact and other parties, CPQD provides institutional means of access (Contact Center and website).

 

Upon request, the description of the complaint, appeal and/or whistleblower handling process may be made available to the customer or other parties.

 

Once the complaint, appeal or denouncement has been characterized, the controller analyzes whether it is related to the Certification activities. The Certification Management is responsible for all decisions at all levels of the process for handling complaints, appeals or complaints related to Certification activities.

 

The conclusions are analyzed, approved and communicated to the complainant by an employee not directly involved in the certification activities that originated the complaint.

 

The Certification Body gives formal notice of the result and end of the appeal process to the appellant.
